The Layout

The front door sits on the south façade and opens into a 5.2 m² entry hall, so nobody arrives straight into the living space. From there a corridor runs west along the sleeping side of the house — daylit by its own window at the end — serving the two secondary bedrooms, both about 14 m², each with a desk at the window and a wardrobe, and the 7.9 m² family bathroom, which takes its light from a high-level window on the north wall. The master bedroom holds the north-west corner with the bed's head against a solid wall, an armchair beside full-height glazing that opens the room onto the garden, a walk-in closet and a compact ensuite with shower, toilet and basin. The whole eastern half is a single 59.4 m² living, kitchen and dining room: the kitchen wraps the north-east corner in a U, with the stove and worktop along the north wall and the sink and fridge down the east leg; the dining table sits under the wide north window with four chairs; and the lounge fills the south-east corner, where the sofa faces the TV bench between a 2.4 metre window on the south façade and two more looking east. Ten windows in total across all four façades, with both full-height openings placed in the bedrooms rather than the living space.
