Draw a wall by clicking and typing its exact length and angle — typed values are hard constraints, not suggestions. A real snap engine catches endpoints, mitered corners, intersections, midpoints, perpendiculars and alignments, keeps near-horizontal walls exactly horizontal, and can acquire any corner as a measuring origin so a new wall starts at a precise offset ("600 from this corner along the wall").

3D View & Automatic Elevations

Every plan is simultaneously a 3D model and a set of façade drawings. Doors and windows are built, not just cut — linings, leaves open at the same angle the plan symbol draws, sliding panels parked beside their opening, frames with glass, cill boards and mullions. Stairs get stairwell cutouts in the slab above, fixtures are modelled with real bowls and fittings, and all four elevations draw themselves.

Furniture That Snaps Into Place

A parametric catalog covering living, dining, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and sauna — each item resizable, and properly modelled in 3D: beds with a mattress, pillows and a duvet in your chosen colour, wardrobes with doors and handles, sofas with cushions, fixtures with real bowls and taps. Items back up against walls by themselves, kitchen cabinets snap flush into rows, and stacked items (TV on a bench, wall cabinet over a counter) stay individually selectable.

Storeys, Stairs & Basements

Stairs are parametric (straight, L, U) with automatic stairwell openings in the floor above, and a ghost overlay traces another storey while you draw — the one below by default, or any floor you pick, so a basement can trace the ground floor above it.

Roofs — Nine Forms, Merged Like a Real Builder Would

Drag a rectangle over the building and pick a form — the ridge, hips and valleys draw themselves in plan, the 3D roof appears with real thickness and overhangs, and the elevations get their gable triangles and eaves lines. Walls that reach the eaves rise to meet the roof underside on their own, so a gable end is a real raked wall you can put a window in, not a painted-on triangle. Overlap several roofs and they merge as a builder would cut them: the lower surface stops at the valley instead of running on through the rooms.

Terraces, Decks & the Site

Draw a deck the way you draw walls — click corners and type exact lengths — and it lands a step below its floor with decking boards, railings and steps. Then set how high the house stands above the ground: the 3D view grows the plinth under the walls, the elevations put the ground line at the true level, and the terrace steps re-count themselves from the real rise.
