The Layout

The front door opens from the corridor straight into the studio, with the bathroom tucked beside the entrance so the plumbing stays on one side of the flat. The kitchen run — counter, sink, stove and a fridge in the corner — lines the back wall, with the dining table right beside it. Daylight comes from the two windows on the south façade: the wide one at the lounge, where the sofa backs onto the party wall, and the second beside the bed. The sleeping corner keeps the bed's head against the blind party wall — never under a window — with the wardrobe on the same wall, and a freestanding TV bench floats between lounge and bed, dividing the room into zones without a single extra wall.

In 3D

Like every Gridsnap plan, this template is simultaneously a 3D model — walls with real door and window openings — and a set of automatically generated elevations for all four façades.
