Massing
Shape a building as storeys and volumes, repeat storeys, lay out façades, then create and finish its drawing.

Open Massing from the Drawing · Massing switch in the top bar, pick Rectangle (R), click a corner, type Width, Tab, Depth and Enter, then type the number of storeys and Enter. Shaping is Gridsnap Pro; opening Massing and its example is free.
Select the building and choose Create drawing… to build linked walls, floors, roofs and façade windows in Drawing. Edit them there, make single elements independent, and use Finish in Drawing to turn everything into ordinary drawing while keeping the shape as a reference.
Select two or more adjacent storeys, choose Repeat these storeys…, set how many times (the picked storeys included) or a height limit, and click Create repeat. A linked repeat follows every change to its source storeys; each copy can take its own exception or be made independent.
Pick Façade (G), click a wall face of a form, choose Windows or Fins, set the size, the column rule along the face and the storeys, then Create façade. The layout shows on the form while it is a concept and becomes real windows or fins when the storeys' drawing is created.
Open the editor. Draw the first wall.
