With Gridsnap Pro, Layouts arranges your rooms into checked plans to compare. Arranging uses no credits but is not on the free plan; reading a description into rooms uses 5 AI credits. Nothing changes until you press Use this layout.

Draw each room as a Space to an exact size, move and reshape it, share area across a boundary, draw an envelope for a fixed footprint and decide which boundaries become walls. All free.

Mark the rooms you like with Keep, then let Gridsnap Pro search for other arrangements of the rest. Kept room outlines stay fixed; their doors may move. Compare Current and Proposed, then Apply changes in one undo step.

Build plan turns a Space Plan into ordinary walls and rooms in one undo step. A generated layout's doors are placed afterwards with Finish door placement, and Create variation brings the Spaces back. Free; building as a design option is Pro.
